TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 100% of the agreed treatment fee
• Failure to inform me of a cancellation will result in a charge of the full treatment price

If you engage the services of John Cox Sports Therapy you agree that it will be on the following basis:

• Individual treatments: Following each treatment session you will be liable for the immediate payment of the treatment
• Lateness (by the client) may result in your treatment session(s) being shortened
• You will provide true and accurate information to the therapist who provides you with treatment
• You will inform the therapist who provides you with treatment of any change of details, symptoms or medication
• You understand and agree that the therapist who provides you with treatment has the right to stop the treatment for any reason, at his discretion and you are aware that at any time during your consultation or treatment, you have the right to refuse receiving treatment
